We recommend carefully inflating balloons with a balloon pump or air compressor, not by mouth. We do not refund popped balloons. For helium inflation or tank hire, it is recommended to visit a reputable outlet & not overfill. 

Balloons are sent UNINFLATED in sealed packaging and must be INFLATED to the advertised size. Air-filled inflation is recommended. Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop.
