If you need your orders urgently, we suggest upgrading your cart to Express Post which for those within Australia is only $14.95 and your order will reach you in ONE business day for those who are based in the South East Queensland area, and up to three business days if located interstate. 

Please also kindly LEAVE ME A NOTE at the checkout or send a quick text to (+61) 0468 330 868 stating your order number so we may process your order in a timely manner. It will be too late if you leave me a message on the Online Party Supplies Instagram or  Facebook fan page, as we may not see this in time to process it quickly.

Currently, Online Party Supplies has two options available for shipping within Australia: Standard and Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery

All orders under $69.95 will be charged $9.95 for Standard Postage and Handling with a Tracking Number. Additional charges may apply if expedited shipping is selected at the time of checkout.

Free Delivery

Standard free shipping with Australia Post with a Tracking Number for all orders above $69.95. The estimated delivery time is three to ten business days depending on your location in Australia.

It is out of our control when it comes to shipping so if you require your order as soon as possible, please upgrade your order to Express Post for only $14.95.

Express Delivery

A fast one to three business day service with a flat fee of $14.95 for unlimited items.  Australia Post Express Post will be used for this service.

Australia Post Standard Shipping 

We highly recommend choosing Australia Post STANDARD with a Tracking Number for all orders if you want the package to be tracked. It is up to $26.95 for standard shipping worldwide however, will be trackable and you will be fully refunded if the package is lost during shipping. Estimated arrival is in 6+ business days to metro areas, however it may sometimes takes longer due to remote destinations or customs clearance.

Australia Post International Express Shipping

Up to $45.95 express shipping worldwide with a tracking number and you will be fully refunded if the package is lost during shipping. Estimated arrival is in four business days to metro areas, however, it may sometimes takes longer due to remote destinations or customs clearance.
