AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

Currently, Online Party Supplies has 03 options available for shipping in Australia: Standard and Express Delivery. Please note that once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of Australia Post, Online Party Supplies has limited options and control regarding delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order has been marked for dispatch. These tracking details will provide all updates listed by Australia Post. For any further information regarding delivery or concerns, please feel free to contact Australia Post on 13 7678 (13 POST).

The third is our "Local Pick Up" option from our warehouse address. Our warehouse is located at 16/10 Enterprise Street, Molendinar QLD 4214. This address is for order collection only, as we do not have a storefront with items on display. If you are nearby, feel free to select this option to avoid third-party postage fees and collect your order once you receive confirmation of availability.

Our collection times are from 9.30am until 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.30am until 2.00pm on Fridays. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

As a supply warehouse that predominantly uses Australia Post for all deliveries, please note that we do not offer inflation services at our warehouse address.

Standard Delivery

All orders under $69.95 will incur a shipping charge of $7.95, which includes a Tracking Number.

Free Delivery

A standard free shipping with Australia Post with a Tracking Number for all orders above $69.95. The estimated delivery time is 03 to 10 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Delivery times are as per the Australia Post Website. It is out of our control when it comes to shipping and delivery times to the provided address. If you require your order sooner, we strongly suggest upgrading your selection to Express Post for only $14.95.

Express Delivery

A fast 01 to 03 business day service with a flat fee of $14.95 for unlimited items.

Out of Stock Items

Regrettably, from time to time, an item may be discovered as "out of stock" when your order is being picked. In these rare events, we will dispatch the remaining items as Express Post. There will be no additional charge for this upgrade. This is our attempt to have the remaining items with you as soon as possible, allowing for them to be replenished, replaced, substituted, or removed from the order. We will attempt to contact the provider contact number supplied in your order. 

Once the remaining item has been replaced, it will also be dispatched via Express Post at no additional charge to you for this inconvenience. We wished to provide these details regarding Out of Stock items to show our commitment to our customers and show that we are an honest Australian small business that strives to provide a high level of customer support.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:

 Australia Post Standard Shipping WITH a Tracking Number

We highly recommend choosing Australia Post STANDARD with a Tracking Number for all orders if you want the package to be tracked. Standard shipping worldwide is only $26.95, and it is traceable. You will be fully refunded if the package is lost during shipping. Estimated arrival is within 6+ business days to metro areas, but it may take longer due to remote destinations or customs clearance.

Australia Post International Express Shipping

Express shipping is $45.95 worldwide, including a tracking number. If the package is lost during shipping, you will be fully refunded. Estimated arrival is within 4 business days for metro areas, but may take longer due to remote destinations or customs clearance.
