To create your balloon garland: - Start by inflating your balloons - Attach them to the decorating strip by pulling through the ends of each balloon - Add the mini balloons using the glue dots, and voilà—your garland is ready!

How do I hang my Balloon Garland?

Another option is to use string and command hooks to fasten the balloon garland to a wall or any other stationary object. Temporary stick-on wall hooks called "command hooks" are ideal for use as party decorations because they detach cleanly.
