• Balloons are shipped uninflated. No helium or ribbons are included. Please fill with air or helium with care. Made of natural rubber latex which may cause allergies. Use a pump to blow up the balloon!

AIR INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend carefully inflating balloons with a balloon pump or air compressor and not by mouth. We do not refund popped balloons. For helium inflation or tank hire, it is recommended to visit a reputable outlet & not overfill.
