Return & Refund Policy
At Online Party Supplies Australia, we aim to deliver you the very best products at everyday low prices. We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
RETURNS (if applicable):
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, Online Party Supplies can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Postage costs are a non-refundable amount unless the items are faulty or the order is at the fault of Online Party Supplies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, costumes, and wigs cannot be returned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Online Party Supplies will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Online Party Supplies will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)
Next, contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LATEX & FOIL BALLOONS:
- Balloons are sent UNINFLATED in sealed packaging and must be INFLATED to the advertised size.
- Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop.
- CHOKING HAZARDS: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons at once.
16-INCH FOIL BALLOONS:
Fill our 16-inch letter and number foil balloon range with air as they will not float with helium. Inflate gently, avoiding overfilling (80%-90% is sufficient).
Note: The non-inflated "O" and "B" letters may resemble "C" or "G" due to production design limitations.

These gorgeous shimmering sequin wall panels are perfect for creating a stunning sequin photo backdrop wall for your entrances, merchandise displays, special events, birthday parties, wedding receptions, company functions, retail displays, and visual merchandising.
Our sequin panels use square metallic red sequins on a black backing panel. They can be easily hung from a pipe and drape stand or ceiling or installed directly on a wall. Each sequin panel measures 30cm in width and 30cm in height, making it incredibly versatile for both big and small displays.
Each sequin panel has 100 individual sequin squares that span across the entire panel and come pre-assembled for hassle-free setup. All you have to do is configure your shape and mount it wherever you wish.

DESIGN:
Our 3cm wide sequins are pinned to black matt backing. The sequins each have a pin through them that attaches to the backing. This means each sequin is sturdily attached but has movement, creating a shimmery effect!
The black backing is flat, rubbery plastic with small holes at the top and sides. It can either be attached to other panels/mesh frames, etc., with cable ties, or double-sided solid tape can be used to attach it directly to another flat surface/wall.
For sizing take into account the following:
- 1.5m x 1.5m = 25 shimmer panels
- 2.1m x 2.1m = 49 shimmer panels
- 2.1m x 3m = 70 shimmer panels
Care instructions: Handle with care, individual sequins are delicate.
