How to Assemble Foil Letter Balloons

1. Insert the straw into the self-sealing tab and gently blow air in. Do not use helium—while the balloons are helium-quality, they won't float due to their small size. Inflate to about 90–95% full—do not overfill. 

2. Remove the straw and press to seal. If the tab is damaged, tie it with a string or fishing line. If balloons lose air, they can be refilled and resealed. With care, they can last for weeks or even months.

3. Thread the balloons onto the ribbon using the perforated tabs, or attach them to a wall with glue dots.
