Step 1: Insert the straw into the balloon filling tab, holding the straw in place by gently pinching the filling tab on either side with your fingers. Blow into the end of the straw to fill the balloon with air. Ensure no air escapes as you inflate the balloon. Inflate the 12 exploding stars in the same way.
Step 2: Prepare two sets of exploding stars, tie the knot in the bottom, then continue to tie off two knots per set until you have completed 6 sets in the same manner.
Step 3: Prepare 2 sets by laying each set across one other at the knot in an X-shape.
Step 4: At the centre of the knot, whirl/ twist the knot along in the ‘AB’ direction indicated below and fasten.
Step 5: Take the 4 pieces of exploding stars finished at Step 4 and lay another set of two from Step 2, whirl, and combine.
Step 6: At the centre of the knot, whirl/ twist the knot along in the ‘ABC’ direction indicated below and fasten. Combine all groups this way, and your exploding star balloon is complete!
