Balloons are sent UNINFLATED in sealed packaging and must be INFLATED to the advertised size. Helium inflation is recommended. Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop.

CHOKING HAZARD: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons at once.
