All 12" latex and confetti balloons, and 18" heart shaped foil balloons in the package will float in the air when filled with helium. The large 40" (1m) love script is not floated even with helium.
Our balloons are made of 100% high quality and strong latex, and support helium or air.

WARNING: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons at once.
