Return & Refund Policy
At Online Party Supplies Australia, we aim to deliver you the very best products at everyday low prices. We understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
RETURNS (if applicable):
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately, Online Party Supplies can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Postage costs are a non-refundable amount unless the items are faulty or the order is at the fault of Online Party Supplies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable goods, food, costumes, and wigs cannot be returned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Online Party Supplies will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Online Party Supplies will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment account again (i.e. Bank, AfterPay, PayPal, etc.)
Next, contact your original payment method provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LATEX & FOIL BALLOONS:
- Balloons are sent UNINFLATED in sealed packaging and must be INFLATED to the advertised size.
- Over-inflating the balloon will distort its shape and cause it to pop.
- CHOKING HAZARDS: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required at all times. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons at once.
16-INCH FOIL BALLOONS:
Fill our 16-inch letter and number foil balloon range with air as they will not float with helium. Inflate gently, avoiding overfilling (80%-90% is sufficient).
Note: The non-inflated "O" and "B" letters may resemble "C" or "G" due to production design limitations.

HOW TO SEPARATE FAKE ROSE PETALS
Hold each cluster of petals with the curve of the petals laying in the thumb of your weaker hand and use a moistened forefinger of your primary hand to flick through, like turning a page in a book, holding the petals over an open container of some kind and they will separate very easily.
How many rose petals do you need to sprinkle for a wedding or to decorate a table or aisle?
Here are some tips for you:
- Petal cone tossing: About 12-18 petals per guest
- If guests must wear rose petals on the bride and groom, we should expect 15 - 20 rose petals per guest
- Table decorations: 50 to 100 petals per table with centerpiece for a light sprinkling
- For a table 80cm x 120 cm according to the density of the leaves scattered on the table: 50 to 100 rose petals
- Aisle: 200 petals per square foot for mounded, 100 for dense, 50 for moderate, 20 for light
- Flower girl basket: 100 to 200 rose petals
- Easily fill a bucket of 10 liters (normal bucket) with about 2500 rose petals
- To cover 1 square meter with rose petals leaf by leaf (ie not opaque), it will take about 500 rose petals.
